The background: Observatory?

So what's this "Expert Observatory" thing?

Well, I have been wanting to write and improve my English. However, what should I write? I have many interests, but well, I'm not really an expert. I might be good at some things, but there are always people who are better.

But then I realized, if there is something I'm good at, it's at observing. I could concentrate really well on something trivial that I deemed interesting. I love observing and making a theory from my observation. And I hope, by sharing my observation here, I could make people think and share their opinion.
